STUDIO 3 Holiday Celebration
Seasons greetings from the Studio 3 team! It’s been a tough year for everyone, but with the New Year and new casting season approaching we’d like to take the time to celebrate with you all! Though we can’t do it in person this year we’d like to ask for your support in joining us for a virtual celebration!
Studio 3 is hosting a virtual New Years get together on JANUARY 23rd, 2021 from 10:00am to 2:00pm with a few casting directors for an informal talk and Q & A. In addition, we will be giving away a variety of prizes donated by a various members of our acting community. Our speakers will include:
- Catharine Falcon & Bim Narine speaking on MOW casting and answering your questions
- Murdine Hirsch, Deb Barnes, & Vicki Passmore speaking and answering your questions on commercial casting
- Sean Milliken discussing his time in commercial casting and doing a Q &A
- Judy Lee discussing her experiences in casting and having a fun Q & A
- Maureen Webb & Colleen Bolton discussing the do’s and don’ts of self taping
Each team will be speaking for about an hour and the Q & A section will be moderated by Casting Workbook! Each talk will be a loose informal and fun discussion.
Our prizes that we will be giving away include:
*Four 1 year memberships to Casting Workbook
*Two Private 30 mins coaching/discussion sessions with Deb Barnes of Vancouver Casting
*1 Seat in our upcoming Judy Lee casting director workshop
*1 Seat in our upcoming Vancouver Casting director workshop
*A 2 hour headshot session with Jason Benson Photography
*1 Spot in a 4 week acting program for with Actors Foundry (Adults) starting in the new year. Classes will be online
*1 Spot in an 8 week acting program with The LeBlanc school of acting (Kids and Teens) starting in January

*And a variety of stocking stuffers
Admission is only $40.00 with all proceeds going to support Studio 3 during these difficult times. Studio 3 remains committed to providing the most comfortable and enjoyable studio to audition in and we look forward to continuing to be part of this wonderful community when we finally get back to normal and get to see all of you in our studio!
